Bancassurance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Bancassurance Manager for a leading bank in Kerala. The Bancassurance Manager will oversee and drive sales through bancassurance channel partnerships and ensure successful achievement of business targets. The role includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners and driving insurance sales and targets through banking channels.

• Strong experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Knowledge of Banking, Insurance, and Financial Market dynamics
• Bachelor’s degree/ 3yr diploma preferred
• Relevant experience in life insurance/bancassurance/cross selling experience of Insurance sales /Banking/Financial Services sales/NBFC/BFSI experience domain is highly preferred
