About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is available immediately and will run until the end of November 2024. The successful candidate will provide dietetic assessment, advice, and care planning to community patients, working closely with other health professionals to deliver a multidisciplinary approach to the care of vulnerable elderly patients with nutritional needs.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £28 per hour.
