We are now recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) to join a well-established NHS trust based in Ormskrik, Lancashire on a locum contract. The role is available to start ASAP, working full-time hours for an ongoing period.

The successful Practitioner will be working in a Mental Health Service, carrying out management of a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes. The successful practitioner will take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of adults who present to the service with mental health problems and especially those that are at risk of or have attempted deliberate self-harm.
