Band 7 Electrical & Engineering Manager

The post holder will be responsible for providing effective Electrical & Engineering Estates Management services to the Birmingham Community Health Care portfolio, ensuring that the Trust operates within all relevant regulatory, advisory, compliance, financial and service delivery frameworks. They shall co-ordinate the day-to-day planning and delivery of Electrical and Mechanical operational and maintenance functions, primarily for engineering, services and buildings. This will involve the management of the in-house maintenance team and specialist contractors or service providers the department relies upon to provide a maintenance service.

Whilst the primary task will be Electrical work, the post holder must have a flexible approach to a range of mechanical and building maintenance service operations.
