As a Bank Manager you'll be the head and heart of a frontline banking team that loves to exceed the expectations of local customers whilst playing a hands‑on role in a community you’re proud to call your own.

Inspiring a team of customer service sales and business specialists you’ll set the standard for the Westpac Group experience and it will be an exceptional experience at that! You’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success holding financial risk and operational accountability ensuring customer advocacy is at the heart of all you and your team will recruit, coach and elevate to deliver a superior banking experience ultimately contributing to the branch and our customers success.

This is a full‑time branch‑based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday .
