Business Overview

Part of Credit & Portfolio Management Americas, Loan Transaction Coordination is a transversal team serving the CIB Americas Corporate Platform while focusing on three key missions:

• Serve as the first level of control to safeguard the Bank by applying effective, accurate and timely controls to address regulatory, compliance, operational and credit risks.
• Provide client service and transaction execution support to facilitate best-in‑class solutions for our clients.
