Banking Advisor

Overview

The Banking Advisor is responsible for creating and maintaining strong member relationships through the delivery of our member advice experience. Service may be related to cash and deposit products; processing financial transactions including daily balancing of cash and transactions; responding to member inquiries; proactively selling credit union products and fostering business development as well as assisting members in utilizing credit union products and services. The role also provides lending, deposit and account opening services to current and prospective members, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

This is a mobile role, and the incumbent will be required to work at any of our Saint John area branches based on workforce needs. Training and regular reporting will occur through the Oak Hall branch.
