Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Banking Alliance Manager to develop, manage, and strengthen partnerships with banks and financial institutions. The role involves driving collaboration, unlocking joint business opportunities, and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all alliance-related activities.

  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute alliance strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify new partnership opportunities and analyze market trends within the BFSI ecosystem.

  • Revenue & Growth:
    Drive business growth through strategic banking alliances. Collaborate with sales and product teams to design joint go-to-market initiatives and track performance against targets.

  • Negotiation & Agreements:
    Lead partnership negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in coordination with internal legal teams.

  • Collaboration & Integration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to align partner offerings and ensure smooth integration of banking services.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Monitor alliance performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve partnership outcomes.

  • Required Skills

  • Proven experience in alliance management or business development within Banking/BFSI/Payments

  • Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
