Job Description

The M&A Business Analyst is required to source, analyze and organize / present M&A information in a thoughtfully approached manner. The analyst needs to be focused on the subject and is expected to prepare client ready outputs on a broad range of M&A topics. The work includes populating / analyzing large datasets, creating/updating presentations, and ad-hoc projects in a high-pressure environment. The data is used in revenue generation for the M&A business, client presentations by the investment bank and onsite / offsite discussions by M&A heads. The role requires the candidate to interact directly with the New York team and hence requires good written and verbal communication skills. The job entails effectively having a strong understanding of the M&A market, being able to comprehend / interpret the required information and summarizing / presenting it in an organized manner, as a client-ready output.
