We are looking for a Banking Chat Support Executive to handle customer interactions through chat‑based channels for a leading banking client. The role involves resolving customer queries related to banking products and transactions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via chat related to banking services such as:
- Account information
- Debit/Credit cards
- Online banking
- Transactions and payments
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, data privacy, and compliance guidelines
- Resolve issues within defined TAT and quality parameters
- Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems
- Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain high CSAT, QA, and productivity metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Banking / BFSI Chat Support or Customer Support
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good understanding of banking concepts and customer service processes
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / Banking process
- Immediate to short‑notice joiners preferred
- Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Educational Qualification:
- Any graduate
