Banking Chat Support Executive

to handle customer interactions through

for a leading banking client. The role involves resolving customer queries related to banking products and transactions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle

inbound customer queries via chat

related to banking services such as:
Account information
Debit/Credit cards
Online banking
Transactions and payments
Provide

accurate, timely, and professional responses

to customers
Ensure adherence to

banking policies, data privacy, and compliance guidelines
Resolve issues within defined

TAT and quality parameters
Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems
Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to appropriate teams
Maintain high
