What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.
Banking operations refer to the various activities and processes conducted by a bank to provide financial services to its customers, manage financial transactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of its business.
What are we looking for? •Strong hands-on experience in US residential mortgage underwriting
• Proficient in reviewing and underwriting Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• In-depth knowledge of agency guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA)
• Expertise in analyzing credit, income, assets, and liabilities
• Skilled in reviewing income calculations (W2, self-employed, K1, rental income)
• Strong understanding of DU / LPA findings and underwriting conditions
• Experience in risk assessment and identifying red flags
• Proficient in condition clearing and final underwriting sign-off
• Solid knowledge of US mortgage compliance (TRID, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA)
• Ability to handle complex scenarios (self-employed borrowers, multiple properties)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Experience working in onshore–offshore models and night shifts
• Capable of meeting TAT, SLA, and quality benchmarks
• Hands-on experience with LOS systems (Encompass, Calyx, Byte, etc.)
Strong hands-on experience in US residential mortgage underwriting
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end US residential mortgage operations (origination/processing/underwriting/post-closing)
• Lead and mentor a team to meet SLA, TAT, and quality benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA)
• Oversee loan file reviews, documentation accuracy, and condition clearance
• Handle client communication and stakeholder management (onshore/offshore)
• Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost optimization
• Monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and support remediation plans
• Manage capacity planning, shift coverage, and workload distribution
• Support training, onboarding, and performance management of team members
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, ECOA)
• Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and operational updates
• Assist in transition and stabilization of new processes or dealsAny Graduation
