A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join its high‑performing practice in Birmingham. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, acting for an impressive mix of UK clearing banks, independent funders, investment banks and corporate borrowers. The team is recognised for its commercial approach, deep market insight and ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice across complex financing mandates.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Banking & Finance lawyer with strong technical skills, ideally gained within a leading national or City firm.
