Job Description
A Banquet and Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel, with a strong focus on service excellence, to deliver an outstanding Guest and Member experience while maintaining and nurturing client relationships, optimizing sales, evaluating performance, and ensuring staffing levels meet demand.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Banquet and Client Relations Manager, you are responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Banquet and Client Relations Manager will also be required to optimize sales and ensure staffing levels meet demand.
