A Banquet and Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel, with a strong focus on service excellence, to deliver an outstanding Guest and Member experience while maintaining and nurturing client relationships, optimizing sales, evaluating performance, and ensuring staffing levels meet demand.
