Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for flawless event execution? We are looking for a **Banquet Captain** who will lead banquet service teams and ensure smooth, professional delivery of conferences, weddings, and special events in line with hotel standards.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Supervising and coordinating banquet service operations during events and functions.
+ Briefing banquet associates on event details, service flow, and guest expectations.
+ Ensuring proper setup of banquet halls, meeting rooms, and function areas as per event orders (BEOs).
+ Delivering high standards of food and beverage service throughout events.
+ Acting as the main point of contact during events to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
