Position Summary

The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising and executing banquet events in line with hotel standards. The role ensures flawless event setups, service delivery, team coordination, and guest satisfaction while acting as a key link between clients, kitchen, and banquet management.

Key Responsibilities

Event Operations

  • Lead and supervise banquet service for weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social functions.

  • Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and ensure timely event setup

  • Coordinate with kitchen, AV, housekeeping, and sales teams for smooth event execution
