Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service.
  • Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
