Job Description
A Banquet Coordinator with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Banquet Department. Playing an integral role in the arrangement and administration of the casual labour matters and also assisting in banquet operations on a need basis.
What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall communication and coordination of activities in Banquet. You will be in charge of dissemination of information to the department and oversee the arrangement and administration of casual labour matters. Specifically, a Banquet Coordinator will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Managing the administrative tasks in the department
- Distribution of 14 days forecast planning and to solicit the services of casual staff
- Handling casual labour requisitions and matters
- Assist in interview and selection process of casual staff
