Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent opportunity for a Banquet Server at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center . Banquet Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
SALARY: $16.50 an hour
Please note that Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11 , and union membership is a condition of employment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Banquet Servicer will follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet. events.
Set up includes tables, chairs. Inspect linen, silver, and china prior to using them.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
