  • Assist the Banquet Manager in supervising day‑to‑day banquet operations.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the banquet team to deliver excellent service during events.
  • Coordinate event setups according to function sheets and client specifications.
  • Ensure timely preparation, smooth service flow, and professional guest interaction.
  • Conduct pre‑event briefings and ensure staff are well‑prepared and properly assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all banquet areas.
  • Support inventory control of equipment, supplies, and operating materials.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary, Events, and Service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all banquet setups and services follow hotel standards and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in training new team members and monitoring performance.
