- Assist the Banquet Manager in supervising day‑to‑day banquet operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the banquet team to deliver excellent service during events.
- Coordinate event setups according to function sheets and client specifications.
- Ensure timely preparation, smooth service flow, and professional guest interaction.
- Conduct pre‑event briefings and ensure staff are well‑prepared and properly assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all banquet areas.
- Support inventory control of equipment, supplies, and operating materials.
- Collaborate with the Culinary, Events, and Service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all banquet setups and services follow hotel standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist in training new team members and monitoring performance.
