This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical delivery groups—ensuring clear requirements, strong data insights, and seamless process workflows.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to support end-to-end delivery in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Create detailed process flows, architecture diagrams, and functional documentation.
• Develop and execute test cases; support UAT and production validation activities.
• Conduct data analysis, write SQL queries, and support data migration planning and execution.
• Maintain and update project documentation using Confluence and SharePoint.
• Utilize tools such as MS Visio, Excel, and other productivity tools to prepare process documentation and analysis deliverables.
