BAR ASSISTANT

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 97th Force Support Squadron Club Altus. The position is a flexible position, which means benefits are not available and hours are not guaranteed. ???????Employee could work between 0 and 40 hours per week.The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks to support a bar or beer serving activity. Responsibilities Regular & Recurring Duties and Responsibilities: Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars.
