The RoleThe Bar Manager will take ownership of the sports bar, leading the team through busy services while maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and atmosphere. This is a highly hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport with both guests and staff and bringing positive energy to every shift.Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the bar team during day and evening trade
Creating a welcoming, upbeat service environment for regulars and new guests
Managing bar operations, service flow, and staff performance
Being a visible leader on the floor, especially during sporting events
Supporting rostering and operational tasks alongside venue leadership Skills & Experience Previous experience in bar supervision or bar management
Strong customer service skills with a warm, engaging communication style
Confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised, motivated, and naturally people-oriented

Full-time stable roster Mix of daytime shifts, evening shifts, and one closing shift.
