An opportunity exists for a talented and driven Bar Manager to lead bar operations at one of Brisbane’s most iconic waterfront venues. This role is perfect for a polished leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple high-volume bars
Recruit, onboard and develop a large and diverse team
Drive service standards and product innovation
Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy
