Bar Manager

As a Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all beverage operations and managing our talented bar staff on a daily basis. This includes beverage service across our Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. You'll play a hands-on role in promoting the lounge, assisting with menu planning, maintaining high standards, and supporting servers during peak periods. A key part of your role will involve managing liquor inventories and controls, all while striving to enhance guest and employee satisfaction and maintain the operating budget. You'll be accountable for consistently enforcing all legal obligations and for identifying and implementing necessary training to achieve our goals.
