Are you ready to shake things up and be part of an electrifying team? Kingpin Darwin is on the lookout for a Bar Manager to join our vibrant crew and atmosphere! As a key player in our bustling entertainment venue, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving up smiles and crafting unforgettable experiences (and cocktails ) for our guests!

• Bar and Beverage Focus: Dive into the world of mixology with our brand-new cocktail menu! You'll be the star behind the bar, creating and serving a variety of delicious drinks that keep our guests coming back for more.
• Exciting Atmosphere: Kingpin isn't just a bowling alley - it's a hub of entertainment with games, attractions, and non-stop fun. You'll be working in a lively environment where no two days are the same.
• Team Spirit: Join a supportive and energetic team that values creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

• Manage a team behind the bar, focusing on promoting a positive culture and nurturing wellbeing
• Focus on ordering and stocktake duties, as well as keep up to date with high safety standards!
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our new cocktail creations
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards
• Engage with guests, providing exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations across the department

• Previous experience in leadership in a bar setting is highly regarded - open to general bar experience too! We're keen on developing our people
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• A passion for mixology and a keen interest in the latest beverage trends.
• You hold a valid RSA or would be willing to obtain if successful
