Job Description

Osaka is opening in Dubai and we are seeking an experienced Bar Manager with a strong fine dining background to lead our bar operations during an exciting pre-opening phase.

Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with the AGM and Corporate Bar Team, this role is responsible for all bar operations, standards, team leadership, inventory, cost control, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all bar pre-opening activities
  • Manage daily bar operations before, during, and after service
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead bartenders and barbacks
  • Ensure cocktail execution, quality, and consistency following established recipes and standards
  • Manage liquor and beverage inventory, ordering, storage, and monthly counts
  • Control beverage cost, waste, comps, voids, and spills
  • Develop and execute the bar budget for the Kero bar program
