Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
  • Communicate with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Bar Manager Compensation
  • $60,000 to $72,000, based on experience.
  • Medical insurance.
