Job Description

The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent beverage quality, efficient service, and compliance with company standards. The role includes leadership of bar staff, inventory and cost control, guest satisfaction, and the research and development of innovative beverage menus aligned with the brand’s dining concept.
