The luxury Branco Mykonos seeks for Manager for the bar.

Position requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing Bars for at least 2 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer oriented with a strong guest relations' approach
  • Successfully manage the teammates
  • Experienced in managing department's stocks and equipment, HACCP guidelines, Menu Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience on cocktails creation
  • Knowledge of wine, beer and drinks
  • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism will be considered as an asset
  • Able to work under pressure
