As a member of the Food & Beverage team, the Bar Manager for Copper Spirits & Sights Cocktail Bar reports to the hotel General Manager. They will be responsible for managing the outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
