Row 34 Seaport seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead bar operations at our high-volume restaurant in Boston’s Seaport District. While this role has a primary focus on the bar and beverage program, it is a full restaurant management position . The Bar Manager is expected to be just as present and engaged in the dining room, at the host stand, and on the floor as other members of the management team.

This is a hands‑on management role , focused on leadership, operations, and guest experience — this position does not include bartending shifts .
