Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Head Mixologist & Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and oversee daily bar operations. This role combines world-class mixology skills with operational management, team leadership and a deep passion for customer experience. You will be responsible for curating the cocktail menu, maintaining stock and cost control, and ensuring smooth, efficient and profitable bar operations.
