Bar Porter - Gordon Ramsay

Remove and compact trash from floors and keep the department supply areas organized and clean. 

Perform inventories and deliver/stock supplies as required.

Retrieve requested beverages from storage dock, and manually push loaded carts to designated storage area and bars.

Load ice, load beer, and glassware to stock at all bars.

Scrub, mop and power wash mats and floors behind bars.

Change garbage cans and dump garbage out on loading dock.

Change soda bibs and liquor bottles in pump rooms.

Change kegs of beer.

Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and companies’ policies.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
