  • Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff schedules

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

  • Train, coach, and support bartenders and bar staff

  • Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency

  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Support cash handling, POS usage, and end-of-shift reconciliations

  • Assist management with reports and operational improvements


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender or bar supervisor

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of health & safety and licensing regulations

  • Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Standing for long periods and handling busy service times
