Job Description
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and shift coordination.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.

Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and safety compliance at all times.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage; ensure timely replenishment.

Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and product updates.

Guide and support bar staff to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements:

Strong bartending skills with solid knowledge of classic cocktails.

Prior experience in a bar or restaurant, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

Good communication, leadership ability, and attention to detail.

Responsible, independent, and able to handle operations during peak hours.
