Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and shift coordination.

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.

  • Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and safety compliance at all times.

  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage; ensure timely replenishment.

  • Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and product updates.

  • Guide and support bar staff to ensure consistent service quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong bartending skills with solid knowledge of classic cocktails.

  • Prior experience in a bar or restaurant, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

  • Good communication, leadership ability, and attention to detail.

  • Responsible, independent, and able to handle operations during peak hours.
