About Thirsty Isle: We're a rustic tavern known for our relaxed vibe, billiards, shuffleboard, and indoor picnic tables. We serve quality pub grub and tap beers to a diverse crowd of regulars and newcomers. Our success depends on creating an environment where guests feel comfortable and secure.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the entrance with a friendly demeanor and verify IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Monitor guest behavior throughout the bar, front entrance, and back parking lot to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Provide a visible security presence to deter issues and respond promptly to any concerns
• Support bartenders with barback duties as needed, including restocking supplies and maintaining bar cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to address any situations that arise

What We're Looking For: A responsible, observant individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be comfortable with public interaction, detail-oriented about ID verification, and committed to maintaining a positive guest experience.
