Job Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverage products according to Everyday Roastery’s standards. In a cloud kitchen setting, the role emphasizes speed, consistency, and quality control for beverages that are packaged for delivery or pickup. This position requires precision, efficiency, and attention to detail with minimal face-to-face service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold brews, manual brews, and signature beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines (e.g., espresso machine, grinder, batch brewers, and milk frothers) and other barista tools.
Execute drink orders swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for takeaway and delivery platforms.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all beverage items.
