Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Barista at Big Boy Cake. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and adhering to food safety standards. Additionally, they will interact with customers, take orders, handle payments, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

• Proficient in Barista skills and food preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
