Beutiful Tilia Resort, at Mouressi, Pelion, is looking for a Barman/Barista for next Spring/Summer 2026 season

The successful candidate needs to have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills with the ability to perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with guests, take orders and serve in a polite manner.
  • Prepare coffees and other bar beverages.
  • Keep a well-stocked bar neat and clean at all times
  • Cooperate with the rest of the team to achieve the highest standards of service as these are set by the management team
  • Provide a positive guest experience
  • Prepare the bar before daily operations start
