Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of beverages and their mixing, knowledge of local geographical preferences

  • To identify and highlight cleanliness issues in the bar and immediately eliminate those

  • To serve the beverages as per order and guest preferences in time to satisfy the guest

  • Serving beverages and maintaining the bar

  • Ensure daily cleaning of Bar after operations - Cocktail station, Freezers

  • Strictly follow the standard recipe & peg measures

  • Collect feedback from sources for improvement

  • Supporting the senior Bartender and maintaining the bar with maximum hygiene

  • Min Experience 2 years in similar kind of work
