You will be in charge of the following responsibilities as a Bartender:

  • Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    The person we are looking for the Bartender position will need to have:

  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages
  • Certification from a bartending school or mixology course (will be an asset)
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Ability to create and innovate new cocktail recipes
