The Eli’s Bartender will maintain the existing bar program and under the guidance of management, aid in the development of the bar program’s forthcoming phases, as well as help train new bartenders and bar backs in all technical aspects of bar operations. The Lead Bartender will also assist management in inventory management, organization, cleaning schedule and checklist maintenance. The Lead Bartender will be in charge of maintaining batching consistency and par upkeep.
