What You will bring to the team:
Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for setting an example of how we execute food and beverage service throughout the restaurant. We provide maniacal hospitality, where everything matters. You should be the go-to person for knowledge of beer, spirits, and all our great drinks! As Bartenders, we engage with every guest and know everyone’s name that sits at our bar.

Responsibilities: 
  • Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy • Build regulars every day! Know them by name! 
  • It’s your bar, stock it and make sure it looks clean and detailed daily 
  • Cleaning the workstation and bar area. 
  • Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences 
  • Make every drink with precision

Qualifications: 
  • Ability to provide maniacal hospitality and service, where everything matters 
  • Passion for tacos and tequila 
  • At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience (preferred) 
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work fast and multi-task 
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule, including nights and weekends 
Physical Requirements: 
  • While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours. 
  • Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation. 
  • Team members will occasionally push and pull and reach above the shoulder. 
  • Team members will occasionally kneel or squat. 
  • This position will seldom require climbing and stairs. 
  • Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 26-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.
