What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to hotel guests and visitors.

Provide attentive and personalized customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.

Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are well‑maintained.

Collaborate with the food and beverage team to develop new and innovative drink recipes.

Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
