General Summary
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Delivers exceptional guest service as defined by the company. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service. Provide requested beverage cocktail and/or recipe preparation and delivery cordially to guests and/or beverage servers. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment.
