Summary The purpose of this position is to mix and serve pre-mixed alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full service bar at NSA Naples Support Site, Italy. Responsibilities Serves liquor, soda, beer and wine. Prepares alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish. Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks. Receives payment or charges to member's account. Makes change and is accountable for cash fund. Assists in taking inventory and maintaining records. Keeps bar area clean and keeps area stocked properly at all times. Washes bar equipment, glassware and utensils. May perform other sanitation duties within assigned work area as required. Performs other related duties as required Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend the English languages ad write legibly. Skill in preparing beverages according to name request from guests. Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the promblem or seek assistance if needed. Knowledge of cash hndling procedures Education This position does not have a positive education requirement. Additional Information Note: The NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between Italy and the United States prohibits the hiring of any person who holds Italian citizenship and is considered a Dual National by the Italian Government into any U.S. position.
