Summary:
The Bartender must be professional with high-energy and excellent communication skills. The Bartender shucks oysters introduce the daily specials and limited-time offers, prepares and serves food and drinks, and is responsible for maintaining the bar area. The Bartender will anticipate customers’ needs and exceed expectations. The Bartender ensures that customers leave “Panza Llena, Corazon Contento®”.
