Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.

  • Manage bar operations including opening, restocking, and closing procedures.

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of bar area.

  • Maintain knowledge of drink costing and manage stock inventory.

  • Liaise with suppliers for bar-related orders and replenishments.

Requirements:

  • Basic bartending skills and knowledge of classic cocktails.

  • Previous bar experience in a restaurant or bar setting.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Responsible and able to work independently during shifts.
